UNFAIR!

VICEROY SNOWMASS / ASPEN RESORT & SPA

After testing positive for COVID-19...

The Viceroy Snomass Resort & Spa refuses to credit or refund our packaged trip.

I'm married with three kids and the five of us purchased a room, included with ski passes and lessons for the kids.

The Viceroy Snowmass Resort & Spa would rather my wife, kids and I show up and risk infecting others with COVID-19 than provide us with a credit to reschedule our trip.

CDC guidelines state that we must quarantine for up to ten days to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and endanger those who have auto-immune deficiencies or are not vaccinated.

This is an unfair policy and I request that you change it to protect peoples lives from the pandemic we have been fighting since March of 2020.
